Buddha bowls are nice, just take what you have 🙂 In this one I have two different kinds of cheese, feta cheese and halloumi cheese. They are salty, but since I don´t use extra salt when I cook normally, I sometimes eat cheese. I have always loved cheese, so giving that up would be really difficult 😀
