This is the first time I made a cheesecake and oh so delicious it was 🙂
15 Digestive biscuits
75 g butter
3 dl cream
2 dl granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g cream cheese
- Crush the biscuits and melt the butter. Mix them together and press this into the bottom of a springform pan. Put this in the refrigerator.
- Whip cream and vanillaextract.
- Separate the egg whites and yolk. Whip the egg whites.
- Whip the egg yolks and sugar. Add the cream cheese.
- Blend everything carefully and pour the filling on top of the crust.
- Put in a freezer for at least 4 hours.
