Curryfish baked in the oven

Fisk curry

This is an old recipe that my mum used to make. Really easy and so yummy 😀


400 g cod fillet

1 yellow onion

2 tablespoons curry

salt & white pepper

5 dl cream

Peel and chop onion. Mix with cream, curry, salt and a little pinch of white pepper. Put a fish block in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the fish. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. (I had frozen fish).

Serve with rice and Brussels sprouts.
