Breakfast Food Granola

Home made granola just tastes so good! Can´t be compared to the ones you buy in stores 🙂 I often eat it with kefir and berries. For breakfast. For afternoon snack… and sometimes even for lunch 😀

2 1/2 dl dinkel flakes
2 1/2 dl oatmeal
1 dl sunflower kernels
1/2 dl pumpkin kernels
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 dl chopped almonds
dried cranberries
2 1/2 dl water
1/2 dl honey
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

Mix the dry ingredients, except the cranberries and the raisins. Mix water with oil and honey and pour over the dry ingredients and stir. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and put in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Stir every 5 minutes to avoid burning the granola. Then take out and let cool. When the granola is cooled, mix in the dried berries.

Wishing You a lovely day!
