Eggs are a must in my refrigerator, as they are so versatile. One great way to use eggs is making an omelette. I also love halloumi so here I combined the two into a delicious omelette 🙂
OMELETTE WITH HALLOUMI
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 yellow onion
1 garlic clove
150 g halloumi cheese
Chop onion and garlic and cook in a frying pan. Cut the halloumi in smaller pieces and add them in the pan.
Beat eggs and water thoroughly. Add pepper. Lower the heat and pour the eggs in the pan and stir. The omelette is ready when it is still creamy on the surface.
