Overnight oats

Another quick breakfast which can be prepared the night before is overnight oats.

OVERNIGHT OATS

1 cup oats

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix everything and leave in the refrigerator over night. Ready to eat the next morning with topping of your choise. This time I chose a berries and banana smoothie 🙂
