Bolognese is really easy to vary in so many different ways. Every time I make it, I make it a little differently. Today I made a bolognese with red bell pepper and blue cheese. I learned this at work once. This isn´t an exact recipe, I just took as much of the ingredients as I thought was good. This is how I made it:
BOLOGNESE WITH RED BELL PEPPER AND BLUE CHEESE
- Fry chopped onion and mince. Add red bell peppers.
- Add salt & pepper
- Add water, tomatopurée and ketchup and let simmer.
- Add blue cheese in small pieces.
