Quorn stew
Quorn pieces
Onion
Garlic
Spinach
Sundried tomatoes
Olives
Cream
Grated cheese
Salt & black pepper
Fry onion, garlic and quorn pieces in a pan. Chop olives and sundried tomatoes. Add the rest of the ingredients except the grated cheese, which is added towards the end. Serve with whole grain pasta.
