I try to eat healthy as often as I can. I heard somewhere that it is recommended that we eat about 25 different vegetables, fruits and berries a week. Making salads is a great way to get many different healthy veggies etc. The other day I made this salad, a salad in red.
SALAD IN RED
- Arugula
- Mache lettuce
- Red leaf lettuce
- Red chard
- Boiled red lentils
- Red lentil fussili pasta
- Mozzarella cheese
- Red bell pepper
- Strawberries
- Sunflower seeds
I put everything on a plate in that order. So easy and really healthy and delicious!
